DOOR FITTINGS & RETURNS
1) Door hardware is custom ordered for you or assembled in parts, which is why all sizes and photos are included with each product so you can see what you are buying. So you can take measurements before buying! These custom-made articles or composed sets will therefore not be taken back! We recommend ordering 1 set first to see if it fits.
2) All sizes of the products are listed in each advertisement, so please measure before purchasing because that is knowing! If items are returned because they do not fit, a handling fee of at least 10% will be charged! Nothing will be taken back based on matching, we don't do that, better look at the pictures which speak for themselves + read texts please. If not, we will charge handling costs.
3) Likewise, products purchased that have been changed according to your wishes will not be taken back.
4) The scope of delivery is stated with each product, so what is stated there is what you should receive, please report immediately (within 24 hours) if this has not been the case.
5) Items you return must be returned in the same condition within 14 days of purchase, please insure your package to be sure! Items arriving later will not be processed.
6) Return items must match with order number and ascription!, and don't forget to send your bank reconciliation with them.
7) Attention: If you return your products under insurance, you will be compensated if the product has been handled carelessly during transport. Do not underestimate this because unfortunately it happens quite often. People don't take parcels very seriously sometimes. So: insure during transport if possible! Fragile articles cannot be returned to us after they have been collected in good condition, because stone statues, for example, get damaged during transport, such as hairline cracks.
8) We can send fragile statues and articles, but preferably not, because a stone statue will be damaged during transport by delivery services. The only methods that can be used are on pallets, but this comes at a price. These items will therefore NOT be taken back!
9) Please note: return packages must always bear 2 stickers with sender and order number. Only then can we complete the return quickly. Items must be carefully repacked for return. Packages that come to us as a rattle box because it has not been re-packaged properly will not be processed. Reason two stickers: shipping company often puts its own shipping sticker over that of the sender, we cannot see from whom it comes.
