Regarding delivery
 

We deliver our products throughout the Netherlands and abroad (rates to be agreed!).

Orders are delivered from Tuesday to Saturday; delivery on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays is unfortunately not possible.

Delivery times between 09:00 and 18:00.

In busy periods, such as around the holidays, your products may be delivered in the evening.

A courier service is used for delivery within the Netherlands. This means we have no influence on the delivery route or time at which your products are delivered.

We also use Post.nl and DHL. Parcels heavier than 30 kg always go in consultation!

Orders to other countries are always in consultation. You will be informed of the costs in advance.

YOU WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE AN E-MAIL AT THE TIME OF DISPATCH FROM US WITH THE TRACKING CODE FOR YOUR PACKAGE AND THE LOCATION WHERE YOU CAN PICK UP THE PACKAGE AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE E-MAIL,

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!

Note: Upon delivery of your products, it is recommended that you check the contents of your products before accepting them.

In case of damage after the time, we together (you and us) have no claim right.
